After you place your order, delivery times will be confirmed within 48 hours. Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee stock on all items. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us at info@johnnyjewelry.com first and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline!
Estimated delivery times for all custom, out of stock, and back order pieces will be between 4-5 weeks. If the piece is ready earlier than expected, we will ship it to you upon completion. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified via email that your order is on its way!
For your protection, all shipments via FedEx are insured but must be made to a physical business or home address. Registered mail via Speed Post requires signature to acknowledge receipt of package. For shipments to PO Box, APO, FPO addresses, no tracking number will be provided.
Please note that we do not pay your country’s duty tax. The customer is responsible for their corresponding duties and tax. Duties and taxes vary according to the destination country, please check your rates prior to purchasing items.
