Estimated delivery times for all custom, out of stock, and back order pieces will be between 4-5 weeks. If the piece is ready earlier than expected, we will ship it to you upon completion. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified via email that your order is on its way!
For your protection, all shipments via FedEx are insured but must be made to a physical business or home address. Registered mail via Speed Post requires signature to acknowledge receipt of package. For shipments to PO Box, APO, FPO addresses, no tracking number will be provided.
Please note that we do not pay your country’s duty tax. The customer is responsible for their corresponding duties and tax. Duties and taxes vary according to the destination country, please check your rates prior to purchasing items.
Please remember returns may be accepted within 7 days from the received date of Boutique items only for an exchange or store credit. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
